1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This means:
- Products that have been opened (seal broken) cannot be returned.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
Returned goods must be in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact.
6. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights under §§ 434–445 BGB (German law on material defects).
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this Return Policy.
7. Return Address
Please contact us before returning any goods so that we can provide you with a return reference and the correct return address. Do not send goods back without prior communication, as this may delay processing.
